Tracked Orders
You will receive an automated tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order in your Threadheads account here.
Custom or Import Fees
Please note some international orders will occasionally be charged customs or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.
If you are ordering from the UK or Europe, you shouldn't be charged duties at customs in most cases. It can happen from time to time, but the majority of orders do not get charged as we pay for the duties upfront on your behalf.
Canadian orders may incur customs or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. Please note that we are not responsible for these charges.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, a 14 day returns policy is offered. This applies to both unwanted and faulty items.
You'll need your order number, which can be found on your invoice or order confirmation email. Please note requests made after 14 days of receiving your item will be rejected.
Following the initiation of a return Australia customers will have a further 14 days to ensure the safe return of the items to us. International Customers will have 1 month. Items must be returned at the customer's expense in a perfect resaleable condition with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn or had tags removed.
International returns should be marked 'Returned Goods' on the package.
Once the goods have been received and processed by our warehouse team, a refund will be issued via the original form of payment.
If your return is found to be in an unsaleable condition, you will be given the option of it being returned to you at your expense, or having a fee applied of 25% to cover our cleaning costs, the rest will be delivered as store credit.
Please ensure the goods are shipped safely as we cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in transit. We highly recommend a tracked service with proof of postage.
We do not cover the cost of getting the return back to us, but in the case of an exchange we will cover the shipping cost when we send the new item(s) out. Refunds exclude all shipping costs.
